1. Overview and Principle
"User" refers below to any internet user who connects to and uses the Foyanna site.
The Foyanna site brings together a set of services, provided as is, for users. Users are asked to remain courteous and to act in good faith toward other users as well as toward the site's webmaster. The site is updated regularly by Foyanna.
Foyanna strives to provide the most accurate information possible on the site (subject to changes made since it was posted online), but cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information published, whether it comes from Foyanna or from third-party partners who supply it. If the service becomes inaccessible, Foyanna undertakes to do its utmost to restore access and will endeavour to notify users in advance of the dates and times of the intervention. Foyanna is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights, or holds the rights of use, in all elements accessible on the site, including the structure, texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds, software…
Any total or partial reproduction of the site, and any representation, modification, publication or total or partial adaptation of any of these elements, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of Foyanna at the email address: contact@foyanna.com. Failing that, it will be considered an infringement and may be prosecuted in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
4. Hyperlinks and Cookies
The Foyanna site contains a number of hyperlinks to other sites (partners, information…) set up with Foyanna's authorization. However, Foyanna is unable to verify the entire content of the sites thus visited and therefore disclaims all responsibility for any risks of unlawful content.
The user is informed that during their visits to the site, one or more cookies may be installed automatically on their computer through their browsing software. A cookie is a block of data that does not identify the user, but records information relating to the user's browsing on the site.
